Sbura Sithole’s Fitness tips

Sharks Superstar, Sbura Sithole, is knocking on the Springbok door and since Jake White’s genius position change, is making waves at the Sharks camp too. Off the field he is a gentleman with a witty tongue and is super fit.

Here are his three top tips:

Before you start Olympic lifting, I think it is a good idea to do a Kettle bell course. It teaches you how to lift properly so that you don’t injure yourself.
Yoga, I think is great. It helps with muscle lengthening, muscle strengthening and Flexibility .
Diet, I think is a huge part of you becoming fit and healthy. The healthier the food the better you will become. It helps you recover quicker ,makes you healthier inside, grow faster and it helps you keep up your stamina for training. Diet is key.
