Louis’ 50th

September 29, 2014

Stormers scrum half, Louis Schreuder, recently ran out for his 50th game . Quite an achievement at the tender age of 24. He has achieved a lot in a short space of time representing WP at all age group levels, represented SA at the JWC and now has added a 50th cap for the white and blue hoops. Tall with lightening fast pace, the tall scrumhalf has exceptional kicking talent and has been likened to the great Joost van der Westhuizen. We caught up with Louis to chat about his 50th appearance.

How did it feel to play 50 games for WP?

It was an awesome privilege to play 50 for such a proud and historic union as WP.

Were you nervous at all?

I didn’t really think of it as a different game. I was nervous but I would say the same as any other game.

If you could receive 50 of something, what would it be?

I would love 50 full body massage vouchers!

Who has tackled you the hardest?

Derrick Minnie

Best game of Currie Cup?

I think it would have to be the game against the Kings at home.

Best Stadium to play at?

Newlands
